Cancellation Policy
1. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: If you cannot make your class or private session, please cancel at least 6 hours prior for a class credit - clients canceling within the two hours will not be credited for the last minute cancellation. To cancel or reschedule on your own, go to bookings and change class. To cancel or reschedule through us, message us before two hours of the start of that class. 2. YOUTH are not allowed in any classes, private sessions are available with an adult present - please email us at studionine.pilateswithmarley@gmail.com to set this up. 3. Please silence CELL PHONES and refrain from using them during class. 4. Please ARRIVE at class five minutes prior to the scheduled start time. 5. CLEAN your reformer and any equipment you touched after class.
