Valentine’s Day - Class 1

Join Marley & Sadie on February 14th for a Valentine’s Day themed class

❤️ wear red, pink, and or white

🩷enjoy a Valentine from us when you come to class

🤍 half the class will start on the mat for some yoga (35min), the other half will start on the reformer for yogalates (35min), then switch

❤️ if you have a yoga mat, bring it! But we have some if you don’t

🩷 you’ll have about 15 minutes to clean up, mingle, take some pictures, and treat yourself to some goodies after class
