New Moon Meditation and Sound Bath

Resiliency is our intention for this New Moon gathering. We will begin with gentle movement and guided meditation to help center, ground, and create presence. This will be followed by the relaxing sounds of the crystal bowls, rain disk, gentle gong, and chimes.

Our crystal grid will consist of clear quartz, citrine, selenite, and amazonite as well as geranium, echinacea, and yarrow.

We have blankets and some bolsters at the studio for participants and you are welcome to bring your own.
