About the event
During this gathering, we will focus on our intentions while we work on balancing and opening our lower chakras through meditation, sound, visualization, and movement through yoga. Our three lower chakras, or energy centers are; Muladhara or root chakra which is our stability and feelings of safety, Svadhisthana or sacral chakra responsible for sexual and creative energies, and Manipura or solar plexus which represents our confidence and self esteem.
Participants will also take home herbal teas that correspond to each chakra courtesy of Soulful Body & Mind Apothecary in Baldwinville.
Bring your journal, yoga mat, blanket, and water. Don't worry if you don't have a mat and blanket, we have some here!
