Full Moon Sound Bath

The full moon is a time for reflection; reflection of our growth and achievements. We will begin with a short guided breathing meditation followed by a one hour Sound Bath.

Bring a pillow, blanket, or anything you prefer to keep yourself comfortable during the event. We also have blankets, blocks, and bolsters for you to use.

A Sound Bath is a meditative practice using resonant sounds to help create deep relaxation. We use crystal bowls, gongs, rain disks, and drums during this practice. Deep relaxation can help to reduce stress and anxiety which can be beneficial to our health.
