Join Sadie & Tanisha on March 22 for a THREE YEAR ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION for STUDIO NINE
THEME: pastel colors to welcome the spring time
🌸 half the class will start on the mat with Sadie for a sculpt class (35min), the other half will start on the reformer with Tanisha for a jump board class (35min), then switch
🌷 if you have a yoga mat, bring it! But we have some if you don’t
🐣 you’ll have about 15 minutes to clean up, mingle, take some pictures, and treat yourself to some goodies after class
🌼 get a little surprise at class
📸 we will be taking photos and videos throughout class times, let us know if you don’t want to be in them
